International Sales Association – is a Sales Company and division of Ceroni’s Consulting and Management Services, LLC, that offers its products to Independent Sales Associates, Sales Representatives, and Distributors that wish to expand their product line or simply earn extra income while continuing to control their work schedules.
International has a variety of product catalogs tailored to the needs of the Associate/Representative, whether wholesale or retail sellers. Companies in the U.S. and other parts of the world manufacture our products.
Associates that escalate through our Multi-Level Sales Program can obtain Salaried Positions that include Regional Sales Manager, Divisional Sales Director, and Vice President of one of our Sales Divisions throughout the United States.
Independent Associates earn commissions as high as 25% - 50% on all sales. There’s also a recruiting system that allow all associates to earn 5-10% BONUS on the gross sales of individuals they recruit into the program.
All Associates are Level-1 Associate when they enter the Association.
A level-1 Associate- earns 25% on all sales. Each Associate much reach $5,000.00 in total sales and recruit five (5) new associates into the program before he/she can advance to a level-2. Meeting this Requirement will also net the associate a $500.00 cash bonus.
In add, he/she earns 5% commission on the sales of each associate he/she recruited, through to the associate’s advancement to level 3 (Level-4 associates are exempt from R-Commissions).
